How do we get to Barnbougle ?

We fly by domestic airline eg Jetstar, Qantas, Virgin to Launceston (50min flight) from Melbourne and then take mini bus to Barnbougle from the Launceston Airport (50 min drive) 

Executive Private Charter flights from Melbourne are available on request, flying directly to Barnbougle Airstrip next to the golf courses. Typically we would need a group of 6-8 people (can be mixed between golfers and family) with an additional cost of $400pp

Can hire clubs or can I bring my own?

We can arrange hire clubs at each course or you can bring your own clubs to Australia. If you bring your own clubs then you should make sure that they have been thoroughly cleaned and there are not signs of dirt on the clubs or in your golf bag. Australian quarantine inspectors may want to inspect your clubs on arrival at Melbourne airport.

A] INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS 

We have not included International flights in our package and we recommend you purchase your return tickets to Melbourne from a local travel agency or online.

We are however happy to assist.  If you would like us to arrange your economy international tickets, simply choose the option for Garuda, Qantas or Batik. 

B] HOTEL : 2 NIGHTS IN BARNBOUGLE LODGE & 3 NIGHTS IN MELBOURNE CBD HOTEL - 4 STAR

• Family friendly and welcome
• Option available for your own room if you are traveling alone and do not want to twin share.

C] GOLF :

• 2 x round of Barnbougle Tasmania golf – 18 holes 
• 1 x round of Melbourne golf – 18 holes WEEKDAY 
• Electric golf cart in Melbourne. Pull cart at Barnbougle. 
• Light Lunch
• Golf club hire is available as an optional extra (Right or left handed). Include this request in your booking.

DAY 2

• Early breakfast 
• First Golf day - The Dunes Barnbougle (Golfer)
• Discover the local beaches and scenery tour for accompanying family 
• Accomodation Barnbougle Lodge. 

DAY 3

• Early breakfast 
• Second Golf day - Lost Farm Barnbougle (Golfer)
• Drive to Launceston Airport
• Domestic flight Launceston to Melbourne (50 min flight)
• Accomodation Melbourne CBD hotel

• Relaxing day to recover 
• Discover Melbourne tour for accompanying family 
  
• Accomodation Melbourne CBD hotel

• Third Golf day - 18 holes Melbourne Course (Golfer) 
• Family members are free to join tours, do activities for the kids or just walk around Melbourne city.

DAY 6

• Return International flight departure Melbourne Airport

• Return tickets from Indonesia to Australia

Do I need a visa to enter Australia?

Unless you are an Australian citizen, you will need a valid Australian visa to enter the country. New Zealand passport holders can apply for a visa upon arrival in the country. All other passport holders, regardless of age, must apply for a visa before leaving home. 

The fee will be AUD $195 payable online for each person via credit or debit card, Paypal or Unionpay

NOTE : If you plan to travel as a family or as a group of friends, we can create a group name within the Immigration System so everyone's visa is issued together. 

F] TERMS 

Terms :

• 50% deposit on order
• 50% balance within 30 days of tour start date. 

Each booking requires a 50% deposit and the balance within 30 days of departure unless otherwise notified.

Full payment in advance is required for all bookings within 30 days of tour date commencement 

Cancellations within 

a) within 30 days of tour date will either result in the deposit being forfeited or rolled over to a revised tour date schedule pending availability. 

b) before 30 days of tour date will be rolled over to a revised tour date. 

Travel schedules/hotels/airplanes/tour prices may change at any time with/without advance notice to adjust with the situation.
